I went to Schwerin today. Lin said he wanted to hang out with his folks. I needed this. A long walk on my own. No one to talk to. Not that I could talk to anyone. Schwerin is like a fairytale city. Wonderland. It was snowing as I arrived there. The lake was so peaceful… with no one around. I went to the castle. Wow… I’m speechless. But it’s only fascinating from the outside. I find the doctors here to be very good. OA HA ist really good! Everything seems so easy for him… I guess he’s been working for many years now and he’s got a lot of experience… but I think it takes more than that. It takes talent. And he’s got it. He’s so patient to all Assistenzärztinnen; and even to me. He used to work as a general surgeon. Perhaps that’s why he’s so good now. Makes me wonder… should…

I went to the staff department in the morning in order to get my contract signed. The man working there explained to me that they only have Obstetrics here and that all Gyn cases go to Echweiler.
